As mentioned in the title, pads 1 and 6 are not producing sound due to a malfunction.
However, the remaining 4 pads work normally, so you can sufficiently test the feel and even perform accompanied singing.

I believe the issue is likely with the circuit board, so it should be usable if sent for repair.
The official website stated that repair costs would be ¥19,000.
The included USB-C cable is not present; only the item shown in the photo will be included. A standard charging cable can be used as a substitute.
